Standard curve establishment: blank blood+ethanol+tert butanol (internal standard 0.1ml) 20, 40, 80 mg/100ml
Sample preparation: Take 0.1ml of blood sample and 0.5ml of internal standard into a headspace vial using a pipette or pipette, and perform two replicates for each blood sample
