Principle:

Also known as a Bourdon gauge, the main component of a spring tube pressure gauge is a curved spring tube with an elliptical cross-section. As a measuring element, one end of the spring tube is fixed and connected to the measured medium through a joint; The other end is closed and is the free end. The free end is connected to the connecting rod and the sector gear, which in turn meshes with the center gear to form a transmission amplification device. The spring tube pressure gauge displays pressure by the elastic deformation of sensitive components (Bourdon tube, bellows, bellows) inside the gauge, and then the pressure deformation is transmitted to the pointer by the conversion mechanism of the movement inside the gauge, causing the pointer to rotate.

Installation:

The installation position of the spring tube pressure gauge should meet the requirements of the installation state. The dial should generally not be placed horizontally, and the height of the installation position should be easy for the staff to observe.

2. The distance between the installation location of the pressure gauge and the pressure measuring point should be as short as possible to ensure good sealing and prevent leakage.

There should be a buffer at the front end of the installed pressure gauge; For ease of inspection, a shut-off valve should be installed below the instrument; When the medium is dirty or has pulse pressure, filters, buffers, and stabilizing gases can be used. 1. The instrument must be vertical: a 17mm wrench should be used to tighten it during installation, and the case should not be forcefully twisted; Collision should be avoided during transportation;

2. The instrument should be used in an environment with a temperature range of -25~55 ℃;

3. The vibration frequency in the working environment should be less than 25Hz, and the amplitude should not exceed 1mm;

4. During use, if the ambient temperature is too high and the instrument reading does not return to zero or exceeds the tolerance, the sealing rubber plug on the upper part of the watch case can be cut open to allow the instrument chamber to communicate with the atmosphere;
