●Product Features:

1. LED terminal straightening machine is specially designed for leveling slightly bent terminals, semiconductors LED、 An automated equipment designed for the support of electronic components such as transistors, integrating conveying, leveling, and material collection functions. The leveling and material collection speed can reach 30 pieces/min, which greatly meets the needs of terminal factories for leveling and material collection.
2. This machine consists of three parts: conveyor belt, leveling device, and material receiving device, which achieve high-precision stamping product leveling, automatic packaging, and collection.
3. The leveling roller is ￠ 20mm (arranged on 7/8), and the roller material is made of bearing steel. After heat treatment and quenching to HRC60 °, it is plated with hard chromium and then ground, with strong wear resistance and high leveling accuracy.
4. The concave part (i.e. avoidance groove) of the leveling roller is set according to the actual terminal product of the customer, and can be set in the center, left, right or both sides to meet the needs of customers.
5. The leveling adopts four point vertical adjustment and high-precision dial gauge, which makes the adjustment more intuitive and accurate.
6. The machine is equipped with an automatic conveyor belt, which can directly transport the stamped products to the leveling part of the machine without manual feeding.
7. The machine has a manual speed regulation function to meet different discharge speeds and achieve tighter coordination;
8. The machine is equipped with 24 compartments for receiving materials and has an automatic counting function for convenient packaging;
9. Automated material collection and stacking, without damaging the product, can be directly packaged.
