Large smoke furnaceIt mainly consists of furnace body, heating system, circulating air system, smoke generation system, and electronic control system.
1. Furnace body: All internal components and outer walls of the furnace body are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant. Place the product onto the trailer, feed it into the furnace, close the furnace door, and set the process parameters to achieve product processing.
2. Heating system cooking part: The steam system is connected outside the furnace, and steam is introduced into the furnace to directly heat the products inside the furnace. The steam volume can be adjusted according to different products. Drying section: The furnace is equipped with electric heating tubes. After being powered on, the electric heating tubes emit heat, which is then dried and baked through a circulating air system.
3. Circulating air system: The top of the furnace is equipped with a dual speed electric fan, which has high power and large wind capacity to ensure temperature rise inside the furnace, making the temperature uniform and consistent throughout, ensuring stable and reliable product quality.
4. Smoking system: There are two forms of smoking available for customers to choose from: built-in smoking and external smoking. The built-in smoking is to place the smoking ingredients directly on the smoking tray in the furnace and achieve smoking after being powered on. External smoke generator is equipped with an external smoke generator. The prepared ingredients are placed into the smoke generator and slowly brought onto the smoke tray by the upper mixing motor to achieve smoke inhalation.
5. Electric control system: The 120 type smoking furnace adopts a time relay control system, which mainly controls time and temperature to complete product processing. It is simple and convenient, and will automatically alarm and remind after each process is completed.
2、 Computer automation control of smoking furnace
The large screen human-machine interface displays various parameters simultaneously on one interface for monitoring the operating status. It can achieve remote control, printing formulas, temperature, humidity, permissions, and can store 100 processing technology formulas. Unique wind circulation system: effectively ensures the consistency of temperature and humidity during baking, steaming, drying, smoking and other processes of the product, thereby ensuring uniform coloring and beautiful color of the product.

The smoking oven is equipped with management personnel and operator passwords, production and fault records, and can combine up to nine single processes into formulas for production. It can store 100 different formulas. Slow or fast cycling programs can be selected according to process requirements to achieve optimal cycling and smoke generation effects. It can make the product smoke into a gradually deepening golden yellow color, with the deepest color reaching jujube red. Adopting two methods of timing control and central temperature timing control to control the smoking and steaming processes, adding optimized energy-saving control programs to reduce energy consumption.
