If there is no steam trap, the valve should be opened first until steam overflows, and then the valve should be closed until a small amount of water vapor overflows. The opening degree should be maintained until a small amount of water vapor overflows.

2. The steam pipeline from the boiler must be depressurized before connecting to the jacket pot, and the pressure must not exceed 0.3Mpa. The safety valve can be adjusted to 0.2-0.3Mpa as needed to allow steam to slowly enter the jacket pot.
3. When introducing steam, the nozzle should be opened at the same time to discharge the cold air inside the interlayer. Close the vent when the temperature rises rapidly.
4. The gas valve can only be opened when there is a solution in the pot, and it is not allowed to open the steam before adding the solution. When hearing the impact of water in the interlayer, open the bottom plug of the pot to drain the condensed water.
5. When the pre cooking is completed and the pot is taken out, turn the pot to the desired angle. When turning the handwheel, do not apply too much force to avoid the solution splashing out and injuring people or causing waste.
6. After use, the inner wall of the pot should be cleaned thoroughly, the drain valve should be opened and the pot should be turned to its original position to drain the condensed water in the interlayer.
7. The operators of the sandwich pot must undergo professional training, and non operators are strictly prohibited from operating it.
