Large submersible mixer
Transportation and storage:
1. When transporting and storing submersible mixers, they should be placed horizontally or vertically. Do not flip or overturn the mixer.
2. It is absolutely not allowed to use the cable of the submersible mixer to lift or suspend the submersible mixer. When transporting or hanging a submersible mixer, a chain hook with a hook can be used to attach it to the lifting plate.
3. When storing the mixer for a long time, moisture and high temperature must be avoided. Rotate the impeller by hand from time to time to prevent the sealing rings from sticking together. If the storage time of the submersible mixer exceeds six months, it must be forcibly rotated. After long-term storage, it is necessary to check the submersible mixer before use. Special attention should be paid to the sealing gasket and cable entry into the diving sight well 6. Please limit the sealing force and cable entry of the Huabei River.
4. After the installation of the submersible mixer, it cannot be immersed in water for a long time and should not be used. It is recommended to run it for at least 4 hours every half month to check its function and adaptability, or to lift it up and store it in a dry place for future use.
Large submersible mixer
Direct connected submersible mixer:
The direct coupled submersible mixer is mainly composed of an impeller and a submersible motor, with the impeller directly mounted on the motor shaft.

Maintenance
This equipment should be regularly maintained and serviced, and records should be kept. The power must be turned off before maintenance.
The insulation condition of the motor and control cabinet should be checked regularly.
This equipment comes into contact with the water in the pool, so it must be reliably grounded to prevent personal and equipment accidents.
The vulnerable parts of this equipment are bearings, mechanical seals, and oil seals. If wear is found, they should be replaced in a timely manner.
The oil level in the motor oil chamber should be maintained at around 90% of the chamber volume, and should be added promptly when the oil level is insufficient; Regularly check the oil condition, and replace it promptly if emulsification or water infiltration occurs.
The continuous operation time of this device is 8000-10000 hours. When the equipment has been in use for one year, a comprehensive maintenance should be carried out: the lubricating grease in the bearings and the lubricating oil in the oil chamber should be replaced to extend the service life of the bearings and mechanical seals (note: the lubricating grease in the bearings when this machine leaves the factory is imported high-temperature resistant grease, and the lubricating oil in the oil chamber is No. 32 mechanical oil); Perform moisture treatment on the motor; After reassembly, a 0.15MPa air tightness test should be conducted on the motor chamber and oil chamber of the submersible motor for 3 minutes without any leakage. At the same time, insulation inspection should be carried out, and the results should meet the requirements.
When the equipment is not in use for a long time, it should be taken out of the water, cleaned, and properly stored to prevent the motor from getting damp.
impeller
The propeller consists of two fiberglass polyurethane blades that are "flexible" and capable of absorbing altered hydraulic loads. The blade shape is an unobstructed, swept back design.
motor
The mixer motor is a squirrel cage induction motor with a shell design, shipped in an inflatable, watertight chamber. The stator winding and stator wire are insulated to resist moisture, with an insulation level of H at 180 ℃. The stator is immersed in H-grade varnish three times and pressed into the stator chamber. The motor is designed to continuously process stirring media at 40 ℃ and can be started at least 16 times per hour with uniform intervals. The thermal switch is set to open at 125 ℃ and close at 70 ℃, and is embedded in the stator coil to monitor the temperature of each phase winding. These thermal switches are used in conjunction with external motor overload protection and serve as a supplement to the latter, and are connected to the electrical control cabinet. The comprehensive service factor (i.e. the combined effect of voltage, frequency, and specific gravity) reaches 1.2. The allowable voltage fluctuation for the motor is positive or negative 10%. The motor is designed to operate in an environment of 40 ℃, and the temperature rise of the motor does not exceed 85 ℃. As needed, motor performance charts can be provided, displaying curves of torque, current, power factor, input/output power, and efficiency. This chart may also include data on startup and zero load characteristics. The motor and cable can continuously operate underwater without losing their water tightness that meets IP68 protection level (40 meters). There is a suitable rated power to ensure that the mixer will not experience overload throughout the entire performance curve. The power cable consists of two 1.5mm2 wires used for monitoring thermal switches and protecting sensors. The motor shaft rotates on two lubricated bearings, both of which have B-10 grade and a lifespan of 100000 hours. The motor can be fully cooled by the surrounding stirring medium without relying on cooling jackets or external cooling systems.
Performance parameter table:
The mixer operates under rated voltage of 380V, frequency of 50Hz, winding insulation level of F, protection level of IP68, and working mode I.
