The laser inhalable dust concentration continuous tester is the latest intelligent measuring instrument. This instrument replaces the traditional membrane weighing method with a combination of laser and computer testing technology, and has the advantages of fast testing speed, high sensitivity, fast response time, simple operation, and dual-use of AC and DC. At the same time, particle number concentration can also be measured. The technical performance indicators meet the requirements of the national JJG547-88 metrological specification, and the sampling volume meets the Federal 209-D standard "Technical Requirements and Environmental Control for Cleanrooms and Cleanrooms" in the United States. In recent years, it has won the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Award and the Jiangsu Provincial New Product Development Gold Award respectively; In 1991, it was evaluated by the Public Place Health Monitoring Instrument Evaluation Committee of the Ministry of Health and listed as a recommended continuous testing instrument for inhalable dust concentration nationwide. This instrument uses laser as the detection light source and is designed based on Mie scattering principle. It uses a microcomputer for data processing and control, and is suitable for automatic monitoring of inhalable dust concentration in hotels, theaters, venues, and public places. It can also be used for automatic real-time monitoring of particle number concentration in hospitals, pharmaceuticals, optics, electronics workshops, and other places. This machine has an automatic data storage device that can store the average value of the measurement cycle in the computer (the cycle value can be selected by the user). The continuous variation pattern of atmospheric dust concentration can be directly observed. |
