The elliptical gear flowmeter can be equipped with two counting mechanisms: mechanical display head and electronic display head. The display head has the functions of displaying cumulative flow rate, instantaneous flow rate, and zero return, which can achieve on-site display and remote control. For different measuring media (acid, alkali, organic liquid, oil, food, etc.), flow meters can be made of different materials (cast steel, stainless steel, and 316), suitable for flow measurement work in industrial sectors such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, power, metallurgy, and food. The flowmeter with messaging function can be matched with our company's flow integrator and other instruments for centralized detection, outputting standard signals for automatic control and data processing, and can be directly connected to a computer network.

Working Principle:

The HC-LC elliptical gear flowmeter is a type of flow meter in which liquid flows and creates a differential pressure at the inlet and outlet. The elliptical gear of the flowmeter rotates continuously on the shaft, filling the gap between the gears with liquid. The liquid is discharged with the rotation of the gear, and the speed of the gear is proportional to the flow rate value. The flow rate value can be obtained by measuring the speed of the elliptical gear.

Main functions:

The display of the flow signal (i.e. the rotational speed n of the elliptical gear) of the HC-L elliptical gear flowmeter has two types: local display and remote display.
After a series of deceleration and speed ratio adjustment mechanisms, the rotation of the gears is directly connected to the indicator pin on the instrument panel and the total amount is displayed through a mechanical counter.
Remote transmission display mainly drives the rotation of the * magnet through the gear after deceleration, so that the contacts of the spring relay close or open synchronously with the rotation frequency of the * magnet, thereby emitting a series of electrical pulses for remote transmission to another display instrument.
