Overview

Brief description: The lifting system base, steel rope fixing frame, and guide base of the 3.0-7.5KW low-speed submersible thruster are all fixed with expansion bolts at the associated interface with the pool, without the need for reserved holes. The installation system of low-speed thruster II uses guide steel rope instead of guide rod, which has the characteristics of convenient transportation and simple on-site installation. The low-speed thruster fundamentally avoids the situation of guide rod bending and deformation caused by transportation, which affects normal use, and effectively improves the phenomenon of inability to lift due to installation errors of guide rods when the pool is too deep.

Structural features:

The motor winding is insulated to Class F with a protection level of IP68. It uses imported bearings with one-time lubrication and maintenance free function, which have oil chamber leakage detection and motor winding overheating protection functions, making the operation of the motor safer and more reliable. Operation mode:

The installation and positioning of a submersible thruster have a significant impact on its mixing effect. In order to achieve the expected operating effect, we recommend that users follow the requirements of professional designers, fully considering the shape of the pool, the position of the inlet and outlet water, and the vortex caused by the reflection of the water flow from the agitator to the structure. We aim to minimize the occurrence of short circuit circulation and dead corners, and avoid direct impact with the pool wall to reduce the flow rate. 1. Tail wing: equipped with leakage sensors and motor winding overflow protection alarm devices inside.

2. Cable line: The unique cable sealing design eliminates the hidden danger of cable leakage.

3. Motor: The insulation level of the motor winding is F level, and the protection level is IP68. It uses imported bearings with one-time lubrication and maintenance free, and has oil chamber leakage detection and motor winding overheating protection functions, making the operation of the motor safer and more reliable.
