Installation and debugging instructions:

1) Firstly, fix the control box outside the maintenance room in a position that is convenient for operation. Select the location and place the temperature and humidity probe in the maintenance room and fix it securely. Connect the temperature and humidity sensors to the controller according to their numbers. The maintenance room should have good insulation and sealing properties, and the space size should meet the requirements.

(2) Then place the host in the center of the maintenance room, connect the humidifier inlet to the water pipe with a plastic water pipe, and turn on the faucet (normally open for a small amount) to automatically control the water intake. The water level must be higher than the electric heating tube to prevent dehydration and burning of the electric heating tube. The heating and humidification plugs are respectively plugged into the sockets of the control box.

(3) Before installing a single air conditioner, the control system needs to be removed, and then the power plug of the compressor should be directly connected to the refrigeration socket. Attention: If installing a heating and cooling air conditioner, do not connect the air conditioner to the controller and let it run independently.

(4) The grounding wire must be properly connected during installation, and the power supply must be connected to the controller through a knife switch.

Precautions for use:

1. The casing of the controller must be reliably grounded.

2. It is strictly prohibited to lack water inside the humidifier to avoid burning out the heating tube and humidifier. The inlet valve should not be closed or opened too wide.

3. Keep the water tank clean and regularly clean it to ensure the normal operation of the humidifier. It is strictly prohibited to immerse the test piece in the water tank, wash hands in the water tank, or contaminate or damage the control device.

4. This controller should be used in a ventilated, dry, and non corrosive environment.

5. Malfunctions caused by quality issues are covered by a six-month warranty from the date of manufacture.

6. Users of this instrument must install a voltage regulator if the voltage is unstable.
