Technical Specifications

The operating voltage for tripping and closing is DC200V or DC110V.

Selection of tripping time for tripping and closing:

20ms、30ms、40 ms、50 ms、60 ms、70 ms

90 ms、110 ms, The error shall not exceed ± 5ms

The closing time should be selected as 40 ms, 60 ms, 80 ms, 100 ms, 200 ms, 300 ms, 400 ms, 500 ms, with an error not exceeding ± 5ms (at 500ms, the error should not exceed ± 20ms).

Selection of tripping resistor for tripping and closing current:

∞Ω, 100Ω, 200Ω, 400Ω

Selection of closing resistor:

The tripping and closing current is automatically cut off by controlling the tripping and closing time.

When operating the circuit breaker simulation device through the "Manual Close" and "Manual Trip" buttons on the panel, there is no current passing through the circuit breaker simulation device's tripping and closing coils.

When the circuit breaker failure button is pressed, the circuit breaker does not operate, and the tripping and closing current is delayed for 1 second before disconnecting. After another 20 seconds, it returns to the current state.

Circuit breaker position output contact:

There are 12 pairs of circuit breaker position output contacts, which are independent of each other. Divided into two groups, corresponding to the circuit breaker trip coil.

Hand closing and hand jumping contact points: 2 pairs

The hand close and hand jump buttons each have a pair of synchronous output normally open contacts. When the hand close and hand jump buttons are pressed, the contacts are connected. After the manual contact is activated, it will automatically hold and reset by the manual jump button. When the hand jump button is released, the hand jump contact will return with a delay of 60ms.
