The slurry specific electromagnetic flowmeter is designed and developed specifically for the characteristics of iron ore slurry, coal water slurry, high temperature concentration pulp, and other slurries containing ferromagnetic substances. ·The converter adopts a unique high-frequency excitation method, with strong anti-interference ability and accurate measurement at low flow rates (below 0.5 meters), suitable for measuring various slurries.

·The sensor is lined with polyurethane or PFA steel mesh, and the surface is treated with wear-resistant and mirror finish. It has strong resistance to high pressure, wear, and negative pressure, and has a long service life for the instrument. The electrode adopts a stainless steel coated tungsten carbide external electrode structure. This unique electrode structure allows the instrument lining to work normally even if it is worn down to the thickness of a piece of paper. Its service life is more than 5 times that of traditional electromagnetic flow meters.

·The unique infrared touch button of the converter allows for safe settings even in harsh environments without opening the converter cover.

·The installation of the converter on the tube and the standard (type) ≤ 900 rotating display screen improve the visibility of the integrated flowmeter. The use of LCD backlight display makes it easy to read under direct sunlight or in a dark room.
