·The sensor body of the open channel flowmeter is made of plastic, making it lightweight and corrosion-resistant.
·The open channel flowmeter has a simple structure and no movable parts. This flowmeter has strong resistance to pollution, blockage, or corrosion, making it suitable for use in fluids containing suspended solids or adhesives.
·The open channel flowmeter sensor can also be conveniently installed on any gate of the existing channel. Water channels can be open or closed channels, and their cross-sections can be rectangular or circular.
·The open channel flowmeter has a wide measurement coverage range, ranging from 0-0.3 to 0-10m/sec. It is possible to measure larger flow rates under the same water head by installing a dummy sensor with the same physical dimensions parallel to the original sensor.
·The flow signal of an open channel flowmeter is linear, so it has high measurement accuracy even when the flow rate drops from 100% to 0. Even if the canal is affected by tides, stable measurements can still be taken
·Open channel flow meters are suitable for measuring open channels, underground channels, and river channels. They are suitable for measuring circular, rectangular, trapezoidal, and other shapes of channels, and are not affected by river water rise, tides, or downstream water level changes.
