It can also be used for life and energy-saving experiments of taps, providing accurate and reasonable data for the design of taps.

The microcomputer controlled electronic change experimental machine mainly consists of four parts: the host, the torsion angle measurement equipment, the measurement and control system, and the computer. During the experiment, computer software sends instructions to the control unit to make the servo motor roll. The servo motor drives the reducer through the synchronous belt, and the reducer drives the moving chuck to roll. When the moving chuck rolls, a torque is applied to the sample, which is transmitted through the sample to the fixed chuck, and then transmitted to the torque sensor by the fixed chuck. The output signal of the torque sensor is sent to the measurement amplification circuit in the control unit, and then converted into A/D before entering the computer. Twist angle measurement is carried out through a photoelectric encoder. Two rotary disks are fixed at the gauge length of the sample, and two photoelectric encoders are separately attached to the two rotary disks. The angle difference between the two rotary disks is also the angle difference between the two photoelectric encoders. The pulse signals of the two photoelectric encoders are input to the computer, and after computer processing, accurate torsion values can be obtained.

The main frame of the CTT1103 microcomputer controlled experimental machine is supported by structural steel, with fixed connection tracks, bases, and experimental workbenches. The structure is exquisite, compact, and the loading is smooth; The clamping measuring mechanism installed on the slide can slide freely on the base trajectory through the lower rolling bearing, and is decelerated by the stepper motor through the gearbox to rotate the clamp and apply torque to the sample. The forward and reverse loading, parking, and operating speed of the experimental machine are controlled by a computer program, which has a wide speed range and can achieve stepless speed regulation from 6 ° to 720 °.
