Manufacturer of water permeability leakage tester for artificial blood vessel membrane (patch)It is a precision instrument designed specifically for evaluating the water leakage performance of vascular implants such as artificial blood vessels. Measure the flow rate of water passing through a given area of artificial blood vessel sample at a given pressure (usually tested at 16.0 ± 0.3kPa, i.e. 120 ± 2mmHg) to evaluate the water leakage performance of the vascular implant.

Mainly based on the water circulation process caused by pressure difference. Measure the flow rate of water passing through a given area of artificial blood vessel sample at a given pressure (usually tested at 16.0 ± 0.3kPa, i.e. 120 ± 2mmHg) to evaluate the water leakage performance of the vascular implant. By simulating the blood pressure environment of the human body, observing and measuring the rate and quantity of water molecules passing through the vascular implant material, evaluate its waterproof performance and durability.
1. Test operation platform: The test operation platform consists of a metal operation platform, a pressurized end quick connector, a free end quick connector, a water tray, an artificial blood vessel quick connector storage cabinet, a transparent protective cover, and a transparent water guide plate.
The metal operating table is a sealed structure with a drainage outlet at the bottom. Paired with a transparent protective cover to prevent water from splashing outside the instrument during the testing process.
2. Water storage system: The water storage system consists of a 3L stainless steel water storage tank and a transparent pressure cup. The water storage system can withstand a pressure of 10 bar and the real-time liquid level can be observed through the liquid level window. When the liquid level is low, it can be manually refilled or automatically refilled (optional) through the refilling port.
3. Pressurization and depressurization system: The pressurization and depressurization system consists of a gas source processing unit, solenoid valve, vacuum generator, pressure sensor, automatic vent valve, and water droplet separator.
4. Electronic balance: The electronic balance is used to weigh the water leaked from artificial blood vessels during experiments, and communicates in real-time with the instrument to record and analyze data.
5. Control and display system: composed of power supply, motherboard, control solenoid valve, 10.1-inch embedded industrial all-in-one machine (capacitive touch, I5-6 generation, 16G, 256G), and professional software based on Win10 system.
