4. The drum adjustment adopts a pioneering scratch type adjustment method instead of the traditional dial gauge type adjustment method, which does not require additional calibration, makes debugging easier, more accurate, and has a longer service life.
5. The leveling wheel is made of bearing steel (SUJ2), which is heat-treated with HRC60 ° surface plated with hard chromium and then ground to achieve high hardness, high wear resistance, and long service life.
6. This machine adopts dual frequency converter control, which can reduce material surface scratches caused by start-up and lower the damage rate.
