The body of the gas cylinder pressure reducer is made of brassmake. The structure of the two-stage pressure reducing system is basically similar, consisting of components such as the valve top rod, pressure regulating spring, elastic film device, and pressure reducing valve. The first stage pressure reduction system is mainly used to automatically reduce high-pressure gas to medium pressure gas, reducing the pressure to 2MPa, and then sending it to the second stage pressure reduction system. In the secondary pressure reducing system, when the pressure regulating screw is tightened, the pressure reducing valve is opened and closed to varying degrees through the pressure regulating spring, elastic film device, and valve top rod, in order to adjust the pressure reduction degree of the oxygen supplied by the first pressure reducing system or stop the gas supply.

The pressure reducer body is also equipped with a high-pressure oxygen gauge and a low-pressure oxygen gauge, which respectively indicate the pressure in the high-pressure chamber (i.e. the oxygen cylinder) and the low-pressure chamber (i.e. the working pressure). When using the QD-1 pressure regulator, when the adjusting screw is turned clockwise, the pressure reducing valve can be pushed open, and high-pressure oxygen flows into the low-pressure chamber through the gap. Due to the expansion of oxygen in the low-pressure chamber, the pressure decreases, which is known as the decompression effect.

3. The thread size of the inlet joint nut of the gas cylinder pressure reducer is G15.875mm, and the inner diameter size of the joint is 7mm. The inner diameter size of the outlet joint can be selected as 5mm or 9mm according to different needs. The range of the high-pressure oxygen meter installed on the body is 0-25MPa, and the range of the low-pressure oxygen meter is 0-4MPa.
