However, microwave drying has the characteristic of penetrating the inside and outside of an object while heating at a frequency of 2450MHz, with 2.45 billion oscillations per second. Water molecules also oscillate 10000 times, generating heat through friction between molecules and generating heat on their own. So microwave cabinet dryers can be widely used for drying and dehydrating packaging materials of chemical products. For example, cobalt oxalate, lithium hydroxide, nickel hydroxide, colchicine, ammonium paratungstate, lithium cobalt oxide, barium carbonate, strontium carbonate, etc., with a moisture content of 0.5% after drying from 40%, the drying time only takes 6-15 minutes, and the drying temperature can be controlled between 80 ℃ and 90 ℃.
