The mobile self-cleaning device produced by Guangzhou Jiafan Purification is a movable air purification unit, which includes a filtering self-cleaning device and an electrostatic self-cleaning device. Its main feature is strong flexibility and the ability to move freely to meet the dust-free effect of various areas.
Self purifiers are mainly used for: 1. Temporary purification measures at operating points. 2. Set in the vortex zone of non unidirectional flow cleanrooms to reduce the possibility of dust accumulation.
The outer shell of the mobile air purifier is entirely made of cold-rolled steel plate baked paint, consisting of a fan, primary filter screen, supply air static pressure box, high-efficiency filter, and uniform flow plate. And it is equipped with a wind speed adjuster, which can adjust the wind speed according to the actual situation. The purification level air outlet can reach up to 1000 levels. The workbench can achieve a cleanliness level of 10000 (approximately 10000 particles with a particle size of ≥ 0.5um in 1ft3 air). The lower part of the air self-cleaning unit is equipped with movable casters, which can be moved to the desired position as required and fixed. It is flexible and convenient to use, and adopts a variable air volume fan system with multiple speed controls, selected step by step, to ensure that the wind speed in the local working area is always in the ideal state.
