Four temperature and humidity ranges, the first temperature range is -10 to+60 ℃, and the humidity range is 30%～95% RH; Second temperature range -10～+100 ℃ or+150 ℃, humidity range: 20%～98% RH; Third temperature range: -40～+100 or+150C, humidity range: 20%～98% RH; Fourth temperature range: -70 to+100 or+150 ℃.
