The HYD-8B infrared moisture meter is a new generation of online controlled infrared moisture meter developed by Harbin Yuda Company based on years of manufacturing moisture meters, as well as a thorough analysis of the characteristics, performance, and usage of moisture meters in the UK, US, and Japan. It combines new developments in sensor technology, electronic technology, and computer technology to address the actual situation of domestic production lines. The HYD-8B infrared moisture analyzer adopts a non-contact measurement method and can measure moisture at a detection distance of about 10cm~40cm.
The HYD-8B online infrared moisture meter is currently the most non-contact moisture measuring instrument for measuring moisture content. It is sturdy, durable, sensitive, and has measurement accuracy that is almost unaffected by object color, density, and particles. The HYD-8B online moisture detector adopts a new technology for moisture measurement. The probe is waterproof and dustproof, and the sturdy shell can resist accidental impact. The commonly used method for measuring the moisture content in materials is the oven method, which has the disadvantage of requiring more operating time. The HYD-8B infrared moisture meter can quickly and continuously measure on the conveyor belt, and is non-contact with the measured material, achieving online dynamic real-time detection with a reaction time of only 8ms, realizing real-time control of product moisture content.

The HYD-8B infrared moisture meter is an 8-beam infrared moisture meter, which has greatly improved stability compared to four beam and six beam infrared moisture meters. The moisture resolution can reach 0.01% (depending on the tested material), meeting the production process requirements.

The installation and debugging of the instrument are very fast, and during the installation and debugging period, it does not affect normal production. The HYD-8B infrared moisture meter uses a microcontroller for digital calculation and simplified button operation, making it very suitable for general operators.

·Convenience:After replacing the light bulb or other components, there is no need to recalibrate. Not affected by ambient light.
·Reliability:The lifespan of the light bulb is 20000 hours. Adopting a dual path single detector to monitor and compensate for the optical system, ensuring that moisture measurement is not affected by sensor aging.
