The sensor, microprocessor technology, and digital signal processing technology used in the HYD-ZS online moisture measurement and control instrument can adjust the type, temperature, and correction range, set upper and lower limit alarms, output control signals, and transmit RS485/RS232 remote signals to a computer. It can also output 0-5V or 4-20mA measurement/control signals and can be connected to PLC or DCS equipment. Equipped with a moisture alarm, it will sound an alarm and be controlled according to the program when the moisture reaches or exceeds the preset moisture level.
