Product Introduction

The oil drum packing machine is an intelligent fully automatic packing machine that uses a high-speed distribution device to package various containers, including plastic flat bottles, round bottles, irregular bottles, various sizes of glass bottles, round bottles, oval bottles, square cans, and paper cans. It is also suitable for packaging boxes with partitions. The bottle is clamped by a bottle clamp (with built-in rubber to prevent damage to the bottle body) and placed in an open cardboard box. When the gripper is lifted, the cardboard box is discharged and sent to the sealing machine, which is controlled by P.L.C and touch screen display. There is a bottle shortage alarm shutdown and a safety device for not packing without bottles. Greatly reducing production personnel and labor intensity is an essential equipment for automated scale production.
