The previous DC withstand voltage test cannot accurately reflect the actual insulation performance of the above equipment, and the ordinary power frequency test equipment used as a test method appears extremely bulky in large capacity situations and is not suitable for on-site use. Therefore, in response to this on-site testing requirement. Its intelligence and miniaturization greatly reduce the physical labor of testers and improve work efficiency.

Working Principle:

1. AC and DC high-voltage test transformers:

Input the power supply into the operation box (or console), and adjust the voltage through an autotransformer to input it into the primary winding of the test transformer. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, power frequency high voltage can be obtained in the secondary (high voltage) winding. This power frequency high voltage can be rectified by a high voltage silicon stack and filtered by capacitors to obtain a direct current high voltage, with an amplitude 1.4 times the effective value of the power frequency high voltage. However, when using DC, the short-circuit rod should be pulled out, and when using AC, the short-circuit rod should be inserted.

2. High voltage test transformer with tap:

In order to simultaneously satisfy the contradiction between high voltage and low current in a transformer, the high-voltage winding is divided into two windings for winding, one with high current and the other with low current, and then the two windings are connected in series and led out separately.

3. Cascade high voltage test transformer:

In order to obtain a higher voltage test transformer, the series method can also be used to obtain a higher voltage. The capacity and voltage relationship of three transformers satisfy: P1=2P2=3P3, U (total)=1U+2U+3U.
