The frequency conversion resonance withstand voltage test equipment is generally composed of a frequency conversion power supply, an excitation transformer, a reactor, and a capacitive voltage divider. With the advancement of technology and the rapid development of the power industry, especially in recent years, the "urban and rural two network transformation", high-voltage cross-linked cables and GIS (composite electrical equipment) have been widely used, and the capacity and length of cables continue to rise. The previous DC withstand voltage test cannot accurately reflect the actual insulation performance of the above equipment, and ordinary power frequency test equipment, as a testing method, appears extremely bulky in large capacity situations and is not suitable for on-site use. Therefore, in response to this on-site testing requirement, we have developed a complete set of equipment for variable frequency series resonant withstand voltage testing. Its intelligence and miniaturization greatly reduce the physical labor of testers and improve work efficiency.

Product advantages:

1. Small in size and lightweight, suitable for use on construction sites. At high voltage levels, the reactor adopts a modular structure, which is convenient for transportation and on-site installation.

2. When the test sample breaks down, the resonance condition is destroyed, and the short-circuit current is small, only less than 1/10 of the rated current of the test sample, which poses little harm to the test sample.

3. By using a grounding point, incoming line protection, low channel filter, discharge protection, etc., not only can the discharge or breakdown current be reduced in steady state, but also the damage caused by transient (instantaneous) current is minimized, thereby ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel.

4. Widely applicable. It can be used for variable frequency AC withstand voltage testing of power cables, circuit breakers, switches, and electrical equipment such as large generator sets, power transformers, transformers, and bushings. It can also be used for partial discharge testing and measuring grounding resistance.

Working Principle:

It is a new method of high-voltage testing that uses the inductance of a reactor and the capacitance of the test object to form an LC series circuit, adjusts the voltage frequency output of the variable frequency power supply, achieves series parallel resonance, and obtains high voltage on the test object. It has been widely used at home and abroad and has received high praise from experts.
