Heat sink spool


The heat sink spool used for low-temperature thermostat wires is gold-plated oxygen free copper or ETP copper, used to remove sensor wires under heat flow. The small spool can accommodate 4-8 pieces of phosphor copper or manganese copper wire, while the large spool can accommodate 40 pieces, depending on the line of sight material number and number of rolls. Usually 4 or 5 rolls are sufficient, use VGE-7031 or Stycast ® Epoxy glue can the wire, do not use copper or other high wire.

Beryllium oxide heat sink

Beryllium oxide heat sink can be used for good electrical insulation of heat sink electrical wires or samples at low temperatures. They can also be used to handle the expansion mismatch of transition layers between target bodies with high expansion coefficients (such as copper, epoxy adhesive) and target bodies with low expansion coefficients (such as DT-470-SD diode sensors). One side is metalized with molybdenum/manganese, followed by nickel and gold. Easy to solder with indium/silver. Under certain conditions, tin/lead solder can precipitate metal plating. There are two 1.27 mm (0.05 in) x4.06 mm (0.16 in) electrical insulation gaskets on the other side. The thermal conductivity in the liquid nitrogen region is several times that of copper, but at lower liquid helium temperatures it is about 1000 times higher. Magnetic susceptibility is equivalent to non-magnetic stainless steel.

Note: Due to irregular metal plating and surface dust, it is not recommended for the insulation of these pieces to be greater than 100V

Ferrite magnetic ring for high-frequency filters

Radio frequency reception can interfere with instrument readings and affect experiments. Correcting with a diode thermometer can result in drift or contamination of the experimental environment through system wiring. A ferrite magnetic ring will reduce the RF reception impact on the instrument wires, just like a high impedance to high-frequency noise. DC and slow moving models are not affected. This magnetic ring can be clamped with existing wiring for easy installation.
