PE large-diameter gas and water supply pipes have the advantages of heat resistance, aging resistance, high mechanical strength, environmental stress cracking resistance, and good creep resistance. They are the preferred products for intercity gas transmission and urban water supply pipelines.
Extruder: High output and high mixing high-efficiency screw, forced cooling reverse spiral groove feeding section, equipped with high-speed and low-noise hard tooth surface reducer, high output and low energy consumption.
Mold: Adopting a spiral diversion type composite head, easy adjustment, uniform discharge, and high pipe quality. Can be marked with a line.
Vacuum sizing and cooling system: using water curtain sizing sleeve sizing, stainless steel water tank, accurate sizing, fast cooling speed, and high efficiency.
Traction: Adopting a well-designed multi claw traction machine to make the contact surface between the pipe and the track more uniform. Variable frequency speed regulation ensures even and stable traction speed.
Cutting: Using planetary cutting, the cutting section of the pipe is flat.
Control system: adopting human-machine interface and ordinary control to meet the needs of different customers.
