This production line mainly consists of twin-screw extruders, machine heads, three roll calenders, tractors, cutting machines, stacking racks, etc. The three rollers adopt mirror rollers or replace flower rollers according to user requirements. The three rollers rotate independently and use variable frequency speed regulation. The three rollers are equipped with roller temperature controllers, and the production line is equipped with edge cutting devices. According to the different widths and thicknesses of the products, conical twin-screw extruders SJMS-65/132, -80/156, SJMS-92/188 can be equipped. This unit can produce products with a width of 1000-2000mm and a thickness of 2-15mm.
