PVC co extrusion board equipment

The unit has a compact structure and superior performance. Two cone double extruders are used for co extrusion, with one extruder extruding the core foam layer and the other extruder extruding the crust layer. The screw and screw barrel have been optimized and processed with high-performance alloy steel 38CrMoAiA, making the whole machine have the advantages of uniform plasticization, stable extrusion volume, high output, and long service life. The main engine screw is heated by a cast aluminum heater, cooled by air, and temperature controlled by precision electronic control instruments. The precise shaping and calendering device ensures excellent shaping of the board through its excellent adjustment function. The cutting part adopts a fixed length cutting device to ensure accurate length of the board.
