The PQA823 and PQA824 models are designed entirely based on the Windows CE platform, providing a simple and fast data analysis capability for the system. Thanks to this innovative design and the large color graphic TFT "touch screen", the 800 family products can meet the requirements of power detection in any emergency situation. The intuitive icon based "user-friendly" interface allows users to easily select any functional option, and the online help information associated with it can be displayed at any time by pressing the HELP button. The typical WINDOWS tree structure makes it easy to access every built-in parameter.

The extensive use of waveforms and bar charts (corresponding to harmonic analysis functions) in digital and graphical modes enables all parameters to have visual features.

The characteristics of vector graphics also provide the ability to evaluate the phase sequence angle of voltage and current, with the aim of understanding the inductive and capacitive characteristics of an installed load.

The 800 family instrument panel has a large built-in memory (15 MB) to record a large number of parameters (recording time:>3 weeks, 251 parameters, testing cycle set to 15 minutes). At the same time, this memory can be expanded through a flash card, and a USB interface flash drive can also be used to transfer internal data, making it possible to transfer recorded data from the instrument at any time.

The PQA82X instrument is equipped with a built-in rechargeable Li Ion battery, which can last for more than 3 hours. It also has an external 100/240V AC power adapter and a USB interface for connecting to a personal computer. The dedicated TOPVIEW software can be used to download, analyze, and record data.

The PQA824 model also provides the function of detecting rapid voltage transients (flicker) with a maximum resolution of 5 µ s (200kHz). By setting different trigger levels, this function is very convenient for troubleshooting difficult problems in industrial installation. (Detecting gas emissions, analyzing switching issues, frequency noise, etc.)
