PROFILE 1 3560 1X

The NHD PROFILE 1 3560 1X bioluminescence analyzer from the United States is a rapid detection device that uses a new microbial ATP bioluminescence method to determine the degree of bacterial contamination in food. Compared to traditional laboratory (48-72 hours) cultivation methods, this instrument can complete testing in just 5 minutes. Moreover, it is a portable device in the palm of the hand, easy to operate, and convenient to carry. It can detect samples on-site in real time and obtain results within a few minutes.

ATP is an energy molecule present in the cells of all living organisms, including bacteria. By measuring the ATP content of bacterial cells in the sample, the number of bacteria can be determined. However, all bacterial cells and non bacterial cells have ATP. This instrument can separate the ATP of bacterial cells from that of other substances, and the result is only the ATP content of bacterial cells. Multiple professional authoritative institutions in the United States have studied over 1000 samples, and the experimental results obtained are more than 90% consistent with those obtained by standard cultivation methods. **The degree and repeatability are also similar to the total bacterial count determined by the cultivation method (0.99 for ATP method and 0.96 for cultivation method). When measuring drinking water, the sensitivity is more than 100 times higher than the standard method, and the sample size is only 1/100.

Therefore, the NHD PROFILE 1 3560 1X bioluminescence analyzer can be used to determine the total number of microbial colonies in various foods, drinking water, and workbenches. Comparing the standard cultivation method from a methodological perspective greatly saves time, manpower, and resources, and can achieve over 90% accuracy and relevance compared to the standard cultivation method. It plays an irreplaceable role in food field testing and emergency response

【 Features, Applicability, and Applications 】
On site measurement of total bacterial count in food, beverage, and air hygiene testing.
Suitable for health supervision, port supervision, and enterprise self inspection.
The military uses it for on-site testing of spore and biological bacterial warfare

Advantages
Quick: Results can be obtained within 5 minutes, including sample pre-treatment process.
Precision: Effectively removes interference from non bacterial cells and other impurities.
Portable: Hand held, can be placed in a work clothes pocket, can use 9V battery or DC power supply.

【 Principle and Reliability 】
Using biochemical processes to make ATP in bacterial cells emit light, and measuring bacterial biomass based on its brightness.
Separate ATP from non bacterial cells using biological methods to avoid false positives. And use chemical means to remove interfering substances (such as salt, commercial agents, etc.) to avoid false negatives.

【 * * Degree 】
The US Department of Agriculture conducted comparative tests on thousands of various meat samples, and the published results showed that the correlation between the test results of this product and those obtained by traditional bacterial culture methods (48-72 hours) was as high as 92% -97%. After comparative tests, the Canadian Food Inspection Association found that the correlation between the test results of this product and the standard culture method was 100%.

Accuracy
Due to its simple operation, it reduces system errors and has good repeatability.
Sensitivity: Sensitivity 10 cfu/ml
