Usage steps(1)
Pour 10 milliliters of sterile water from the small bottle into the testing bottle


Usage steps(2)
Put the sample into the detection bottle (no pre-treatment required), shake the detection bottle until all reagents are dissolved


Usage steps(3)
After all the reagents are dissolved, place the detection bottle into the incubator for cultivation


Usage steps(4)
Using the color scale table provided with the detection bottle, check the color change of the microbial rapid detection bottle once according to the required time for the sample type.

Color judgment
Bacteria can cause a color change in the reagent from blue to yellow.
Blue indicates a negative test result, while yellow indicates a positive test result

In order to accurately evaluate the bacterial contamination level of the sample, it is recommended to use the color scale table in the accessory to check the color change in the microbial rapid detection bottle according to the required time for the sample type.
ØFor example, if you want to ensure that the number of bacteria in the sample is less than 1000 (the lower limit of bacterial contamination in the sample), it is recommended to check the color change in the reaction bottle every 12 hours.
ØIf there is no color change, it indicates that the sample meets the requirements (e.g. within the specified range).
