Equipment Description

The PVC building template production line can produce PVC building templates that are superior to the national standard. The length, width, density, etc. of the produced boards can be adjusted, and the board performance is excellent. It can be painted, nailed, drilled, bonded, and welded. It can fully utilize waste PVC materials for production, thereby significantly reducing production costs.
This production line is independently developed by our company based on German technology and the characteristics of the domestic foam product industry. It consists of a conical twin-screw extruder, sheet metal molds, shaping table, cooling bracket, traction machine, cutting machine, mechanical arm, and other parts. The extruder adopts specially designed screws, and the production line uses imported electrical appliances such as Siemens motors, ABB frequency converters, Omron temperature controllers, Schneider and other brands, with excellent performance and the ability to operate for a long time without faults.
