Equipment Description

This production line can be used to produce PVC co extruded foam board. PVC co extruded foam board is produced by two machines extruding a layer of crust, which has a very shiny and hard surface It is a natural high-end furniture board that does not require any color and is very suitable for use in high-end furniture such as wardrobes, bathroom cabinets, cabinets, etc.
The PVC laminated foam board production line is independently developed by our company based on German technology and the characteristics of the domestic foam product industry. It consists of a conical twin-screw extruder, board mold, shaping table, cooling bracket, traction machine, cutting machine, mechanical arm and other parts. The extruder adopts specially designed screws, and the production line uses imported electrical appliances such as Siemens motors, ABB frequency converters, Omron temperature controllers, Schneider and other brands, with excellent performance and the ability to operate for a long time without faults.

There are three types of PVC foam boards: PVC free foam board, PVC skin foam board, and PVC co extruded foam board. The main differences between the three types of boards are:
PVC free foam board is lightweight, has low density, poor hardness, and is inexpensive, making it suitable for advertising production;
PVC laminated board is of heavy quality, high density, strong hardness, and high price, suitable for making objects with strong load-bearing capacity such as furniture, partitions, and partitions;
PVC co extruded board has a smooth surface, can be treated without paint, has high density, strong hardness, and is expensive. It can be used to make paint free bath cabinets, etc.
