Equipment Description

This production line can be used to produce relatively thick PVC laminated foam boards, with a thickness range of 10-40mm and a maximum thickness of 40mm. The production process is stable and efficient, making it an ideal choice for making thick boards.
The PVC laminated foam board production line is independently developed by our company based on German technology and the characteristics of the domestic foam product industry. It consists of a conical twin-screw extruder, board mold, shaping table, cooling bracket, traction machine, cutting machine, mechanical arm and other parts. The extruder adopts specially designed screws, and the production line uses imported electrical appliances such as Siemens motors, ABB frequency converters, Omron temperature controllers, Schneider and other brands, with excellent performance and the ability to operate for a long time without faults.
