Equipment Description

PVC carved board is actually PVC laminated foam board. By placing PVC laminated foam board on a carving machine for production and processing, various product shapes can be made, which can be widely used in indoor and outdoor decoration, advertising, partition screens, shelves, and so on.

The PVC laminated foam board production line is independently developed by our company based on German technology and the characteristics of the domestic foam product industry. It consists of a conical twin-screw extruder, board mold, shaping table, cooling bracket, traction machine, cutting machine, mechanical arm and other parts. The extruder adopts specially designed screws, and the production line uses imported electrical appliances such as Siemens motors, ABB frequency converters, Omron temperature controllers, Schneider and other brands, with excellent performance and the ability to operate for a long time without faults.
