The SJPGZ series plastic pipe production line is mainly used for the production of agricultural water supply and drainage, building water supply and drainage, cable laying, and various diameter and wall thickness plastic PVC pipes. CPVC plastic pipes are widely used in oil field crude oil gathering and transportation, chemical high-temperature and corrosion-resistant pipelines, hot and warm water supply and drainage pipelines, direct buried high-voltage and ultra-high voltage power transmission, cable protection pipes and other fields due to their characteristics.

The unit consists of a conical (parallel) twin-screw extruder, a vacuum shaping table, a traction machine, a cutting machine, a flipping rack, etc. The conical (parallel) twin-screw extruder and tractor adopt AC variable frequency speed regulation or British Continental DC speed regulation. The vacuum pump and traction motor are both made of high-quality products. According to the diameter and wall thickness of the pipe, the tractor adopts traction methods such as upper and lower tracks, three claws, four claws, and six claws. The cutting machine can be selected from saw blade cutting or planetary cutting, and is equipped with a length measuring device. The unit has reliable performance and high production efficiency.
