Overview

The parameters of the intelligent dielectric loss tester and the data acquisition circuit all use high-voltage stabilizing devices. The acquisition board and acquisition computer are shielded by an iron box floating in the air, and the instrument casing is grounded and shielded; In addition, anti-interference technologies such as optical data, floating ground, large-area ground, single point ground, and digital filtering were used. In addition, the computer processed data from hundreds of power grid cycles, making the measurement results stable, accurate, and reliable.

Parameters of intelligent dielectric loss tester

Product Introduction:

The dielectric loss tester is used for on-site anti-interference dielectric loss measurement or laboratory precision dielectric loss measurement. The instrument is an integrated structure with built-in dielectric bridge, variable frequency power supply, test transformer, and standard capacitor. Adopting frequency conversion anti-interference and Fourier transform digital filtering technology, the measurement is fully automated and intelligent, and the measurement data is very stable under strong interference. The measurement results are displayed on a large LCD screen and come with a built-in micro printer for printing and output.

Working Principle:

The instrument measurement circuit includes a standard circuit and a test circuit, as shown in Figure 3.

The standard circuit consists of a built-in high-voltage stability standard capacitor and a standard resistor network. The computer collects the current amplitude and phase difference of the standard circuit and the test circuit in real time, and calculates the capacitance value (CX) and dielectric loss (tg δ) of the tested product.

All data acquisition circuits use high-voltage stabilizing devices, and the acquisition board and acquisition computer are shielded by an iron box floating in the air, while the instrument casing is grounded and shielded; In addition, anti-interference technologies such as optical data, floating ground, large-area ground, single point ground, and digital filtering were used. In addition, the computer processed data from hundreds of power grid cycles, making the measurement results stable, accurate, and reliable.
