Product Introduction:
The fifth generation fully automatic testing instrument, developed with independent intellectual property rights for testing protective and metrological CT/PT, supports two testing methods: current method and voltage method. It can test the bushing CT installed inside transformers or switch devices and is suitable for laboratory and on-site testing. It combines our years of production experience, draws on the strengths of others, abandons traditional methods, highlights practicality, and has comprehensive functions. It is easy and convenient to perform tests on the volt ampere characteristics, transformation ratio, ratio difference, angle difference, load and other parameters of transformers.
Product Features
1. The instrument is safe and convenient to operate, with a fully computerized device and an imported high-performance CPU, ensuring high reliability. After setting the test values according to the interface prompts, there is no need for manual contact with the tested equipment. The instrument automatically completes the test, keeping the testing personnel away from high-voltage circuits and ensuring their personal safety.
2. Large output capacity, volt ampere characteristic test with high output voltage up to 1000V, variable ratio test with high current up to 600A, instrument output capacity of 5KVA.
3. Optional accessories include external voltage booster, external current booster, external voltage regulator. The maximum voltage of the external voltage booster can be increased to 2000V, 3A, and the maximum output can reach 1000A. The maximum output of the external voltage regulator can reach 1500V, 20A. When using an external voltage booster, it can be used for the volt ampere characteristic test of a 500KV level 1A current transformer.
4. The large screen 320 * 240 dot matrix Chinese character graphic interface can directly display the volt ampere characteristic curve graph after testing is completed. The graph is clear, beautiful, and easy to analyze. It comes with a micro printer that can print the curve and test results at any time.
5. The instrument uses a rotating mouse as an input device, which is easy to operate and has a long service life.
6. The instrument is equipped with built-in Flash memory, which saves data without losing it after power failure. After the on-site test is completed, the test results can be viewed and printed indoors.
7. The instrument is equipped with an RS232 communication interface, which can be connected to a computer through a serial port cable to achieve communication between a PC and the instrument. Test personnel can use the computer to control the instrument for testing or upload test data from the instrument. The PC application program on the instrument is powerful, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to operate. It can save and print test results, and export test data as an EXCEL format document for editing.
8. The instrument power supply can achieve adaptive power supply of AC220V and AC380V.
Notes:

2. Please ground the instrument reliably before the experiment.
3. This tester is an offline testing device for transformers. When conducting various tests on transformers, please be sure to disconnect the connecting wires on each terminal of the transformer.
4. During CT polarity test, the secondary winding that is not being tested should be short circuited.
5. When conducting PT volt ampere characteristic tests, the zero terminal of the primary winding should be grounded.
6. During the volt ampere characteristic experiment, press the controller and the tester will maintain the current voltage output for testing purposes. Press the controller again to end the experiment.
7. When conducting CT ratio experiments, if a large current causes the terminal to overheat, wait for the terminal temperature to decrease before unscrewing the connection again.
