Specially designed for the petrochemical sector, it can directly measure temperature of liquid, vapor, gas media, and solid surfaces within the range of -200 ℃ to 1600 ℃.

2. Working principle

The electrodes of a thermocouple are composed of two different conductor materials. When there is a temperature difference between the measuring end and the reference end, a thermoelectric potential is generated, and the working instrument displays the temperature value corresponding to the thermoelectric potential.

Thermistor is based on the principle that resistance is a function of temperature. When there is a temperature change in the measured medium, its resistance value also changes accordingly, and the working instrument displays the temperature value corresponding to the resistance value.

4. Nominal pressure

Generally refers to the static external pressure that the protective tube can withstand at room temperature without breaking. The allowable working pressure is not only related to the material, diameter, and wall thickness of the protective tube, but also to its structural form, installation method, and the flow rate and type of the measured medium.
