Application, performance and description of photoelectric direct reading spectrometer
1. Application scope: Spark direct reading spectrometer is a rapid quantitative analysis instrument for analyzing the composition of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This instrument is widely used in metallurgy, machinery, and other industrial sectors for online analysis before smelting furnaces and product inspection in central laboratories. It is one of the effective means to control product quality. Can accurately detect the composition of chemical elements in metal materials; Can accurately quantify a wide range of elements such as iron-based, aluminum based, copper based, nickel based, etc!
2. Analysis of matrix number: Composition measurement of various matrix alloys such as Fe and Al can be configured
3. Element determination: It can simultaneously and quickly determine the elements in solid metal samples C、Si、Mn、P、S、Cr、Ni、Mo、V、Ti、Cu、Al、W、Co、Nb、Mg、La、Ce、B、Pb、Sn、As、Sb、Bi Users can choose the element configuration according to their actual needs, including various metal, non-metal, and gas elements (see Attachment 2 for details).
4. Analysis principle: The tested sample is excited by a high-energy pre ignition spark light source to generate characteristic emission spectra of each analyzed element, which are then received by a photoelectric conversion element; Subsequently, detection and measurement are carried out, and data processing is performed using a computer to obtain the corresponding analytical content. Sample size analysis: The standard is any machining plane with a diameter greater than 20 millimeters, and customized small sample fixtures can be selected for small sample analysis.
5. Analysis time: Depending on the type of sample, generally less than 40 seconds
