RoHS testing principle:
The EDX606TRoHS detector consists of an X-ray tube, a sample chamber, an optical path collimation system, a detector, a counting circuit, and a computer-controlled operation system.
When high-voltage X-rays are emitted to irradiate the sample in the sample chamber, a broadband continuous X-ray spectrum is generated, which excites the elemental electrons in the sample and produces characteristic X-rays, known as X-ray fluorescence; By analyzing the fluorescence X-ray energy and intensity generated by different elements in the sample, the Si Pin detector is used to detect it, and then the SES signal processing system is used to calculate the high-precision content value of the tested sample through computer calculation.
