Our company has optimized and designed small-diameter double wall corrugated pipe equipment based on the original equipment. The price of the equipment has been significantly reduced compared to the original double wall corrugated pipe equipment. The inner and outer layers of the double walled corrugated tube are made of two high-efficiency single helix extruders for polyolefin hydrogen raw materials. The co extrusion head with a special helical structure ensures uniform wall thickness, stable molding, and fast production speed for both the inner and outer layers. The forming module adopts a special vacuum forming method, with features such as water cooling of the clamping plate and automatic oiling and lubrication.
