The port warehousing and logistics management solution based on Zhikuan Information adopts RFID real-time positioning system. By setting up a certain number of positioning base stations in the warehouse, the labels on materials and forklifts can be accurately located in real time, and the location information of materials and vehicles can be accurately and real-time fed back to the warehouse control center, making it convenient for management personnel to conduct material inquiries, inventory checks, forklift monitoring, storage scheduling, etc. This system improves the management level and work efficiency of enterprises by reasonably scheduling and arranging based on positioning information.

Real-time positioning By installing positioning tags on forklifts, transport vehicles, and materials, as well as tags worn by personnel, real-time positioning of vehicles, materials, and personnel can be achieved.
Visualization of positioning information The system provides management software that can display and query the real-time location of materials, forklifts, and personnel in real time.
Real time trajectory tracking It can display the real-time movement trajectory of vehicles and personnel.
Historical data replay Through management software, corresponding historical information can be queried based on time, personnel name and number, goods and vehicle name and number, etc.
Restricted area alarm By setting up an electronic fence, the system will sound an alarm when vehicles, personnel, etc. equipped with positioning tags enter the restricted area.
Alarm for illegal outflow of materials from the area When the goods fail to pass the audit or are taken away from the warehouse or restricted area by unauthorized personnel, the system will issue an alarm.
Video linkage tracking The system is integrated with video surveillance, allowing for the selection of tracking and querying objects. When vehicles, personnel, or goods are located in a certain area, the surveillance video will automatically switch to that location.
Collision Warning Both vehicles and personnel are equipped with positioning tags. When the distance between the vehicle and personnel is too close, the system will issue a warning message.
Mobile inventory Staff can conduct centralized inventory of goods in the warehouse or on vehicles through handheld PDAs.
data statistics Port materials, vehicles, personnel, and other information can be classified, analyzed, and organized into reports to provide a basis for management decision-making.
