Compressor brand and type:
Imported brands (such as German Blog, French Taikang, and American Gulun) have higher compressor prices than domestic brands.

2. Control system
Controller type:
The cost of a button based simple controller.
The cost of the color touch screen program controller is moderate.
The combination of "touch screen+PLC (programmable logic controller)" is a configuration with high precision and stability.
Control software functions: Software that supports advanced features such as multi segment programming, data recording, remote communication, USB export, etc. will increase costs.
3. Box structure and materials
Inner box size: The larger the volume, the higher the material cost, cooling and heating power requirements, and the price increases exponentially.
Material grade:
The inner box is equipped with SUS304 stainless steel as standard. If SUS316 stainless steel or mirror stainless steel is required, the cost will increase.
The outer box is made of stainless steel plate, which is more expensive than cold-rolled steel plate spray coating.
Insulation layer: Thicker insulation layers (such as 150mm better than 100mm) improve insulation effect, but will increase material and manufacturing costs.
Observation window: Standard sized single-layer or double-layer glass has lower cost. The cost of large multi-layer electric heating anti frost observation windows is high.
4. Heating system
A wider heating rate requires a higher power heater group and corresponding power control system, which will increase costs.
