Production of hyperbolic submersible mixerIn municipal, chemical, papermaking, and other water treatment processes, water mixing is one of the key processes. Traditional mixing machinery is divided into two commonly used methods: vertical axis folding blade type and horizontal (submersible) type. Due to the installation method and blade form determining its mixing form, it is not ideal in terms of energy consumption and mixing effect, which not only brings unnecessary increase to the operating cost of sewage treatment plants, but also directly affects the process treatment effect.

Production of hyperbolic submersible mixerDry installation steps:
1. The bridge frame should be calibrated horizontally, and the half bridge frame columns should be calibrated vertically. The anchor bolts and connecting parts should be sturdy and reliable.
2. Place the shock absorber seat flat on the designated position of the bridge, align it horizontally, and connect and fix it to the bridge.
3. The deceleration motor is installed on the shock absorber seat and connected and fixed.
4. Connect and tighten the impeller and mixing shaft flange with bolts.
5. Place the impeller and mixing shaft into the pool, connect and tighten the mixing shaft to the output shaft of the reducer. When there is water, the shaft and impeller should be connected and placed in the water first, and then the shaft should be connected to the reducer.
6. After the installation of the mixer, the mixing shaft must be perpendicular to the horizontal plane. The vertical deviation is less than 1/1000.
7. After installation, remove the motor tail cover and manually transport the fan blades to check if the mixer is moving smoothly and normally. The swing deviation of the mixing shaft should be less than 3/1000.
8. After connecting the power supply, jog and observe the direction of the mixing shaft's movement. When viewed from top to bottom, the correct direction of movement is counterclockwise rotation. If the opposite is true, switch the wiring positions of any two power supplies.
9. The installation of electrical equipment must be operated in accordance with relevant national regulations and safety procedures.
