Production of precision jet submersible aerator

1. Power device and transmission device: The main components of the submersible aerator are the motor, coupling, and transmission shaft. The function of the submersible aerator motor is to provide power during the operation of the aerator, and the coupling and transmission shaft transmit the torque of the motor to the propeller. The transmission shaft has been working in sewage for a long time, made of stainless steel, and coated with corrosive paint on the surface.

2. Float: Float is used to make the submersible aerator float on the water surface during operation. The shell is a glass cylinder structure, and the interior is filled with foam material to make it have sufficient buoyancy.

3. Oxygenation device: aeration tube, air pump (not shown in the figure). The air pump adopts an adjustable air pump to inject air into the interior of the submersible aerator. The main function of the aeration tube is to initially crush the bubbles and give them a specific initial velocity direction.

4. Circulating mixing and pushing device: propeller, guide device. The propeller thoroughly stirs the sewage mixed with air and water, and then sprays it out from the nozzle of the diversion device. The propeller is made of reinforced nylon, and the externally purchased flow guide device is made of pig iron (before optimization) and manufactured in a wooden mold sand turning shape.

As a type of environmentally friendly machinery, submersible aerators require special attention during the production process. In order to ensure the normal use of the product, we must pay attention to the routine inspection and maintenance of the submersible aerator.

Cleaning work is done for the inspection and maintenance of submersible aerators. In order to prevent impurities in the required internal products of the submerged jet aerator, water jet aerators can be used for cleaning submerged jet aerators. Secondly, the submersible aerator of the cable should be replaced at least once a year if damaged.

Check the insulation and fastening screws of the motor at least once a year. If the motor is insulated, please contact our after-sales service department. If the fastening screws are loose, please tighten them again. Oil and oil are the last points of the submersible aerator.

Before leaving the factory, the submerged jet aerator that will be injected with an appropriate amount of oil inside the factory should be inspected once a year. If there is water in the oil, the oil should be drained, the engine oil replaced, the gasket replaced, and the screw plug tightened. Three weeks later, a re inspection is required. If the oil and emulsion form, the mechanical seal should be checked and replaced if necessary. Pay attention to the maintenance work of submersibles in daily life, maximize the service life of products, and reduce corresponding economic losses.
