Brief description: Compared to conventional diving devices, the production of self-priming deep water aerators uses surface or bottom aeration of water to promote continuous circulation flow, allowing organic matter, microorganisms, and oxygen to fully mix and come into contact. Due to the rapid reduction of diluted organic matter concentration to a low value, it effectively removes BOD (biochemical oxygen demand), COD (chemical oxygen demand), color and odor of organic matter, nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus) and turbidity colloids, soluble inorganic salts, and so on. It also has dual functions of aerobic and anaerobic agitation, which can promote and accelerate water circulation, and can decompose organic matter that has been stagnant in water for a long time.

1. Submersible aerators have a high oxidation dissolution rate, a large proportion of small bubbles, high oxygenation efficiency, and a wide oxygenation area;

4. The submersible aerator has a simple and compact structure, a long service life of the unit, bearings that can withstand high loads, an oil bath shaft seal, and air suction into the impeller cavity to prevent water from coming into contact with the seal during operation. All of these will ensure that the aerator can operate continuously for 24 hours without any faults for a long time.

Structure:

1. Main reduction mechanism: composed of a main variable frequency speed regulating motor, an incremental encoder, and a main reducer. The motor starts and is reduced by the main reducer, increasing the torque. By adjusting the speed of the variable frequency speed control motor with an incremental encoder, various accurate speed outputs can be achieved to meet the process requirements of the aerator. The reducer gears are made of low-carbon high-strength alloy materials and processed through processes such as carburizing, quenching, and grinding. Significantly improve the load-bearing capacity of the gearbox.

2. Lifting mechanism: composed of lifting reducer, value encoder, trapezoidal screw, KK alloy nut, bearing seat, bearing sleeve, connection method, and several bearings. By using a value encoder lifting mechanism, more accurate lifting stroke and speed can be achieved.

3. Output mechanism: The output mechanism consists of an internal spline shaft (fixedly connected to the output gear of the main reducer), an external spline shaft (fixedly connected to the output gear of the main reducer), an external spline shaft, a coupling, a transmission shaft, etc. The internal and external spline shafts are treated with high-strength medium carbon alloy quenching and tempering. The axial direction between the internal and external spline shafts is a sliding connection, and the external spline shaft can achieve up and down lifting while transmitting torque.
