Overview

Brief description: The DFS crushing type grid of the pump station adopts a dual axis design, with unique cutting blades and gaskets installed on two parallel rotating axes, alternately overlapping to achieve spiral cutting, which is at an advanced level in accuracy, strength, and efficiency. The cutting blade and gasket have a hexagonal shape inside and are installed on a hexagonal drive shaft to form a crushing unit that thoroughly crushes solid particles in wastewater. This has created favorable conditions for implementing a fully enclosed design of buried pumping stations, saving civil construction costs and beautifying the environment.

Safety measures:

When a blockage occurs, the controller will stop the crusher in both on/automatic modes and reverse it to clear obstacles. After the blockage is cleared, the controller will resume normal operation. If the blockage still exists, the controller automatically executes the reverse process within 30 seconds, up to three times. If the blockage still exists after three reversals, the controller will cut off the power supply to the motor and activate the delay and abnormal status indicator lights.

If there is a sudden power outage while the crusher is operating normally, the crusher will resume normal operation once the power supply is restored.

If the crusher stops running abnormally and suddenly loses power, the abnormal status indicator light will automatically start when the power is restored.

The controller provides motor overload protection through an overload protection relay installed on the crusher starter.

Short circuit protection is achieved by installing another appropriately sized circuit breaker or fuse.

The reset of the controller is controlled by the local switch panel.

The starter is a full voltage reversing type, using a 120 volt coil. The forward and reverse contactors have electric and mechanical linkage devices, and the overload delay can be adjusted. The adjustment range includes full load current and service factor.

Purpose:

It is a new type of sewage treatment equipment developed for the treatment of solid substances mixed in sewers. This function intercepts solid objects such as cloth, wood chips, empty bottles and cans mixed in the sewer through the grille and sends them to the crusher for crushing. Water flows through the grille to prevent blockage of the sewer water treatment equipment and ensure its normal operation. This device can be used in conjunction with traditional pumping stations or independently, and is mainly suitable for sewage treatment plants and transfer pumping stations.

The items that this machine can crush include: rags, glass, paper products, wooden products, physiological products, empty cans, waste, rubber products, ropes, hoses, leather products, plastic products, etc.
