Punch feeding machine

Punch press feeder is a device used in conjunction with punch presses to achieve automated stamping production of coil materials. Commonly used models include NC servo feeder, high-speed roller feeder, air feeder, clamp feeder, gear feeder, and three in one feeder.

1、 NC servo feeder——Wide applicability, high feeding accuracy, adjustable feeding step distance from 0-10 meters, and capable of multi-stage feeding

Advantages: Servo motor drive, touch screen point control operation, easy to operate, and suitable for a wide range of material widths and thicknesses.
2、 Roller feeder——No energy consumption, high and stable feeding accuracy, low failure rate

Disadvantages: The feeding step distance needs to be within 300mm, and the matching punch must have an output shaft, making operation and debugging relatively cumbersome.
3、 Air feeder——Low cost, able to achieve coil material automation with low investment

Disadvantages: Low feeding accuracy, requiring frequent maintenance, easily affected by O-ring damage, high failure rate.
4、 Clamp type feeding machine——The feeding speed can reach 1200 times/min, suitable for high-speed punching machines

5、 Gear feeder——Suitable for high-speed stamping production of transformer silicon steel sheets, motor stators, rotors, EI sheets

Disadvantage: It is a specialized model with a small scope of application
6、 Three in one feeding machine——The three major functions of unwinding, leveling, and feeding are integrated, with a compact structure and high degree of automation

Selection instructions: There are many types of punch coil feeding machines, and the selection should be based on the customer's material, width, thickness, stamping speed requirements, feeding step size, and feeding accuracy requirements.
